We're just
hours away from the "Big Game" and I've got a few quick & easy
crowd pleasing recipes for those entertaining as well as some ideas for those
who'd rather go to enjoy the Super Bowl.
Aunt
Jacqui’s Turkey Meatballs
Combine:
2 ½ - 3 lbs Turkey
1 10 oz. box thawed frozen spinach
1 med onion – chopped or minced
2 cloves garlic – pressed or chopped
1 egg
¼ cup milk
¾ cup bread crumbs
½ cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Form small meatballs. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees approx 25-35
minutes turning half way through cooking time.

Miss Savorda’s Honey Barbeque Wings
Combine:
1 stick of butter
1 36 oz. bottle of ketsup
1 24 oz. bottle of catalina dressing
1 16-20 oz. bottle of honey
Heat under low to medium heat on stovetop until simmering. Pour over fresh
or thawed frozen wings & bake at 400 degrees approx 20-40 minutes turning
half way through cooking time.
